Love this scheduling and communication system. It is easy to use, works really great for our museum. Our staff are mostly college students so having a cloud based system that allows them to swap shifts due to last minute events, exams or study groups, without having to put in requests to management is a benefit that they really like. 

They have FANTASTIC customer support! All of our staff, from Executive Director to seasonal staff, love it!

Humanity is a great tool to add to your business, to create and maintain schedules, as well as monitor labor costs.

The interface is really easy to navigate and understand as you manage your schedules. You can drag and drop shifts around too, which makes switching schedules super easy. I also like how everything is color coded so it's even easier to identify different departments' schedules.

Saved us so many scheduling headaches. We were able to switch from an excel sheet to a program that will almost run itself (if only employees didn't get sick or have something come up last minute). We would not be able to schedule the 150+ shifts per week without humanity!
